QUILTING KICKSTARTER

I had dabbled with free motion quilting for a few months before taking Jenny's class. It was something I really wanted to be able to do, but my first attempts were awful and I thought I might never "get it". I was ready to give up.

I took Jenny's fearless free motion quilting class. It was a "Eureka" moment for me! Everything jelled and with what I learned in Jenny's class, the technique just started flowing. Jenny encouraged us to practice a little bit every day, even just 5 minutes. I practiced daily for a week, but it was exactly the kick-start I needed.

Nowadays, doing free motion quilting on my own machine or a long-arm is my favorite part of quilting!
