In this beginner-friendly course, you will start by understanding how modoko patterns work and fit in with kogin-zashi needwork. Then, you’ll discover how to easily swap motifs and use existing ones to build your own breathtakingly ornate patterns. Next, Jason & Shannon will discuss how to arrange modoko and even how to create your own.
